The Dumbbell Standing Around World exercise targets the shoulders and promotes upper body strength and mobility. It involves moving your arms in a circular motion, engaging and stabilizing the shoulder muscles while holding dumbbells.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Begin with your arms at your sides and palms facing your body.
  3. Raise the dumbbells overhead, creating an arc, and bring them back down to complete a circular motion.
  4. Keep your core engaged throughout for stability.
  5. Repeat the motion while maintaining controlled movements.
