The Step-Jack Overhead Press combines a dynamic stepping motion with an upward arm press. It effectively boosts cardiovascular fitness and enhances both upper and lower body strength, particularly in the shoulders and legs.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together, arms at your sides.
  2. Step out to the side with your right foot while raising your arms overhead.
  3. Simultaneously press your hands upwards in an overhead press motion.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides with a rhythmic, controlled pace.
