The Frogger is a dynamic exercise that enhances flexibility, strength, and coordination. It involves moving from a plank position to a squat with agility, effectively engaging core and leg muscles. This movement improves mobility and is great for conditioning.
How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders.
- Jump both feet forward to land outside your hands, into a deep squat position.
- Pause briefly, then jump feet back to return to the plank position.
