The Sitting Step-Out Knee Tuck is an abdominal exercise performed while seated. It focuses on engaging the core muscles by tucking the knees towards the chest while balancing on a padded stool.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the edge of a padded stool with your back straight and feet together.
  2. Maintain balance by holding your hands near your chest or sides.
  3. Extend one leg out while keeping the other knee tucked in.
  4. Alternate legs, engaging the core throughout the movement.
  5. Control the motion and perform for the desired number of repetitions.
