Arm Crossover is a dynamic stretching exercise that targets the muscles of the shoulder and chest. It promotes flexibility and warms up the upper body, improving mobility and preventing injury in subsequent workouts.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides.
  2. Cross your arms in front of your chest, bringing your right arm over the left.
  3. Return to the starting position with arms extended to the sides.
  4. Alternate the arm position, bringing your left arm over the right.
  5. Repeat the movement, maintaining a steady pace.
