The Cable One-Arm Front Raise targets the anterior deltoid muscle by lifting a cable with one arm in front of the body. This exercise helps in building shoulder strength and developing upper body stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the cable handle with one hand, starting with your arm straight and down.
  3. Keeping the elbow slightly bent, lift the cable to shoulder height.
  4. Lower the arm back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
