The Cable One-Arm Front Raise targets the anterior deltoid muscle by lifting a cable with one arm in front of the body. This exercise helps in building shoulder strength and developing upper body stability.
How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the cable handle with one hand, starting with your arm straight and down.
- Keeping the elbow slightly bent, lift the cable to shoulder height.
- Lower the arm back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
