How to do it
- Place your hands shoulder-width apart on a step.
- Extend your legs back, balancing on your toes, body in a straight line.
- Lower your chest to the step by bending your elbows.
- Push back up to the starting position by extending your arms.
- Maintain a straight body line throughout the exercise.
