The cable shoulder 90 degrees internal rotation targets the internal rotators of the shoulder. It improves shoulder stability and strength, which are essential for various pressing and throwing activities.
How to do it
- Stand next to a cable machine with one shoulder facing the machine.
- Set the pulley at shoulder height and attach a handle.
- Grab the handle with the hand closest to the machine, with the elbow bent at 90 degrees.
- Internally rotate the shoulder by pulling the handle across the body.
- Return to the starting position with control. Repeat.
