The Lever Neutral Grip Seated Row is an exercise focused on strengthening the upper back and improving posture. It primarily targets the back muscles, helping to build strength and endurance in the upper body.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the lever machine with feet planted firmly on the platform.
  2. Grab the handles with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
  3. Pull the handles towards your torso while squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, ensuring control throughout the movement.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
