Dumbbell Bent-Over Row Standing

The bent-over row targets the back muscles, enhancing strength and stability. It involves pulling weights toward your torso while maintaining a bent-over position, engaging core and back muscles.

How to do it

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips to lean forward.
  3. Keep your back straight and core engaged.
  4. Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, keeping elbows close to your body.
  5. Lower the dumbbells back to the start position with control.
