The bent-over row targets the back muscles, enhancing strength and stability. It involves pulling weights toward your torso while maintaining a bent-over position, engaging core and back muscles.
How to do it
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
- Bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips to lean forward.
- Keep your back straight and core engaged.
- Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, keeping elbows close to your body.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the start position with control.
