How to do it

  1. Lie chest-down on an inclined bench, feet grounded.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended down.
  3. Engage the core and retract the shoulder blades.
  4. Pull the dumbbells toward the hips, keeping elbows close.
  5. Return to start, maintaining control.
