The Lever Single-Arm Reverse Grip High Row effectively targets the back muscles, providing an excellent way to build the latissimus dorsi and improve upper body strength. Using a leverage machine helps isolate the targeted muscles, allowing focused effort and control during the exercise.
How to do it
- Sit on the leverage machine with your chest against the pad.
- Grasp the handle with an underhand grip using one hand.
- Engage your back muscles and pull the handle towards your torso.
- Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the shoulder blade.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
