The Lever Single-Arm Reverse Grip High Row effectively targets the back muscles, providing an excellent way to build the latissimus dorsi and improve upper body strength. Using a leverage machine helps isolate the targeted muscles, allowing focused effort and control during the exercise.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine with your chest against the pad.
  2. Grasp the handle with an underhand grip using one hand.
  3. Engage your back muscles and pull the handle towards your torso.
  4. Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the shoulder blade.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
