The Lever High Row is an exercise targeting the upper back muscles by mimicking a rowing motion using a leverage machine. It effectively builds strength in the lats and upper back, aiding in improved posture and pulling strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine with feet flat on the ground and chest against the pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with both hands in a neutral grip.
  3. Pull the handles towards your body by retracting your shoulder blades and flexing elbows.
  4. Pause briefly at the peak contraction, focusing on squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly extend the arms back to the starting position with control.
