The Band Bent-Over Lat Pulldown targets the latissimus dorsi and is effective for building back strength. It simulates a traditional lat pulldown movement but uses a resistance band, making it more versatile for different settings.
How to do it
- Attach a resistance band securely to a high anchor point.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hinge forward at the hips.
- Grab the band with arms extended and pull it towards your chest, squeezing the shoulder blades.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
