The Band Bent-Over Lat Pulldown targets the latissimus dorsi and is effective for building back strength. It simulates a traditional lat pulldown movement but uses a resistance band, making it more versatile for different settings.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band securely to a high anchor point.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hinge forward at the hips.
  3. Grab the band with arms extended and pull it towards your chest, squeezing the shoulder blades.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
