The Wide-Grip Inverted Row is a bodyweight exercise effective for building upper body strength. It targets the back and arms by pulling the body towards a suspension anchor, enhancing muscle endurance and stability.

How to do it

  1. Hold the suspension handles with a wide grip, palms facing down.
  2. Lean back with feet on the floor, forming a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Pull your chest towards the handles by retracting your shoulder blades and bending your elbows.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower yourself back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
