The Wide-Grip Inverted Row is a bodyweight exercise effective for building upper body strength. It targets the back and arms by pulling the body towards a suspension anchor, enhancing muscle endurance and stability.
How to do it
- Hold the suspension handles with a wide grip, palms facing down.
- Lean back with feet on the floor, forming a straight line from head to heels.
- Pull your chest towards the handles by retracting your shoulder blades and bending your elbows.
- Pause at the top, then lower yourself back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
