The Cable Crossover Reverse Fly is an exercise that targets the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It enhances shoulder stability and improves posture. This exercise also helps in strengthening the smaller stabilizing muscles around the shoulders.
How to do it
- Set the cables at the lowest position and attach the handles.
- Stand in the center with feet shoulder-width apart, and grasp the handles with crossed arms.
- Bend slightly at the waist, keeping your back straight.
- Extend your arms out to the sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
