The Band Close-Grip Row is an effective resistance band exercise primarily targeting the muscles of the back and arms. It helps improve posture, upper body strength, and engages the core for stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Secure the resistance band at waist height.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  3. Grab the band with both hands, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  4. Pull the band towards your torso by retracting your shoulder blades.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
