The Barbell Reverse Grip Bent-Over Row targets the upper back, improving strength and posture. This exercise involves pulling a barbell towards the lower rib area, focusing on the lats and rhomboids, while using a supine (reverse) grip to engage the biceps more.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with a reverse grip.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping the back straight and slightly bend the knees.
  3. Pull the barbell towards your lower ribs, keeping elbows close to your body.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then lower the barbell back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
