The Barbell Reverse Grip Bent-Over Row targets the upper back, improving strength and posture. This exercise involves pulling a barbell towards the lower rib area, focusing on the lats and rhomboids, while using a supine (reverse) grip to engage the biceps more.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with a reverse grip.
- Bend at the hips, keeping the back straight and slightly bend the knees.
- Pull the barbell towards your lower ribs, keeping elbows close to your body.
- Hold briefly at the top, then lower the barbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
