How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Bend forward at the hips, keeping the back straight.
  3. Extend your arms down, palms facing your body.
  4. Pull your arms back, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
