How to do it
- Hold the suspension handles with palms facing each other.
- Lean back with a straight body, keeping tension on the straps.
- Pull your chest toward the handles by contracting your back muscles.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat, maintaining tension and alignment.
