The Suspender Row is a suspension training exercise targeting the upper back and arms. It enhances pulling strength and stability, emphasizing the use of stabilizer muscles for core and shoulder stability.

How to do it

  1. Hold the suspension handles with palms facing each other.
  2. Lean back with a straight body, keeping tension on the straps.
  3. Pull your chest toward the handles by contracting your back muscles.
  4. Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat, maintaining tension and alignment.
