How to do it

  1. Sit on the seat with your chest supported against the pad.
  2. Grip the handle with one hand, keeping the other arm relaxed.
  3. Pull the handle towards your torso, retracting the shoulder blade.
  4. Pause briefly, then slowly extend the arm back to the start.
  5. Maintain a controlled motion throughout the exercise.
