The Lever Pronated Grip Seated Row is a strength exercise aimed at developing the back muscles. It involves pulling a weighted lever towards the body while seated, targeting the upper back and improving posture and pulling strength.
How to do it
- Sit on the bench and place your feet on the footrests.
- Grab the handles with a pronated grip, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Hold briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
