The Lever Pronated Grip Seated Row is a strength exercise aimed at developing the back muscles. It involves pulling a weighted lever towards the body while seated, targeting the upper back and improving posture and pulling strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the bench and place your feet on the footrests.
  2. Grab the handles with a pronated grip, keeping elbows slightly bent.
  3. Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Hold briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
