The Band Kneeling Lat Pulldown targets the muscles in the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi. It is performed with a resistance band to build strength and stability in the upper body.
How to do it
- Attach a resistance band to a high anchor point.
- Kneel on the floor, holding the band handles overhead.
- Pull the bands down towards your chest, elbows going straight down.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom.
- Slowly return to the start position with control.
