The Band Kneeling Lat Pulldown targets the muscles in the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi. It is performed with a resistance band to build strength and stability in the upper body.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a high anchor point.
  2. Kneel on the floor, holding the band handles overhead.
  3. Pull the bands down towards your chest, elbows going straight down.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom.
  5. Slowly return to the start position with control.
