The Shoulder Backbend Stretch is a standing exercise that focuses on stretching and improving flexibility in the shoulders and back. It helps in loosening tight shoulder muscles and promoting better posture.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Raise both arms overhead, interlocking the fingers.
  3. Gently arch your back, pushing your chest forward and lifting your arms higher.
  4. Hold the position for a few breaths, maintaining steady breathing.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat as needed.
