The Superman Row with Towel targets the back and shoulders, improving core stability and upper body strength. Lifting your torso off the ground and rowing, this exercise simulates swimming motions and is useful for strengthening the posterior chain.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down holding a towel shoulder-width apart in both hands.
  2. Engage your core and lift your chest, arms, and legs off the ground.
  3. Pull the towel towards your chest by bending your elbows, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Extend your arms back to the starting position while keeping your body lifted.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
