The Lever Low Row is a strength training exercise that targets the back muscles. By using a plate-loaded machine, it allows for controlled movement and significant resistance, ideal for building muscle mass and strengthening the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine bench with feet flat on the platform.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing down.
  3. Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
