The Lever Low Row is a strength training exercise that targets the back muscles. By using a plate-loaded machine, it allows for controlled movement and significant resistance, ideal for building muscle mass and strengthening the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi.
How to do it
- Sit on the machine bench with feet flat on the platform.
- Grip the handles with palms facing down.
- Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
