How to do it
- Sit on the bench with feet on the footrest.
- Grab the handle with both hands, keeping your back straight.
- Pull the handle towards your abdomen by retracting your shoulder blades.
- Pause briefly, then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
- Maintain a slight bend in your knees throughout the movement.
