The Dumbbell Renegade Row is a compound exercise that strengthens the upper body and core. It targets the back muscles while enhancing core stability and balance. Ideal for building muscle and improving overall strength.
How to do it
- Start in a plank position holding a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your body in a straight line.
- Brace your core and stabilize your hips to prevent rocking.
- Row one dumbbell towards your hip while keeping your elbow tight to your body.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.
- Continue alternating arms while maintaining a stable plank position.
