The Band Rear Delt Row targets the posterior deltoids and upper back muscles. It enhances shoulder stability and posture by focusing on pulling movements that engage the back of the shoulders, promoting balanced development.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Hold a resistance band with both hands, bending forward at the hips.
- Keep arms extended and pull the bands towards your body, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
