How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended sideways.
  2. Swing both arms forward, bringing hands together in a clapping motion, then swing them back in a wide arc.
  3. Continue swinging arms in a controlled backhand motion, keeping the core engaged and maintaining proper posture.
