The Circles Elbow Arm exercise involves rotating the arms in circular motions with elbows bent. This exercise is great for warming up and increasing flexibility in the shoulders while engaging the muscles of the upper back and arms.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Raise arms to shoulder level, bend elbows, and place hands behind the head.
  3. Move elbows in a circular motion, maintaining tension in the shoulders.
  4. Repeat in one direction, then change to the other direction.
  5. Keep core engaged and posture straight throughout the exercise.
