How to do it

  1. Stand in a fighting stance with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Keep your left foot slightly forward and guard your face with your gloves.
  3. Twist your hips and shoulders to the left, swinging your left arm in a hooking motion.
  4. Maintain balance by slightly shifting your weight onto the left foot.
  5. Quickly return to the starting position and prepare for the next move.
