This exercise involves massaging the posterior deltoid muscle against a wall using a massage ball. It helps alleviate muscle tightness, improve mobility, and increase blood flow to the shoulder area.

How to do it

  1. Stand side-on to a wall, holding a massage ball in one hand.
  2. Place the ball between the posterior deltoid and the wall.
  3. Apply gentle pressure and slowly roll the ball over the muscle.
  4. Maintain controlled, smooth movements.
  5. Switch sides and repeat for the other shoulder.
