Roll Ball Deltoid Posterior

This exercise involves massaging the posterior deltoid muscle against a wall using a massage ball. It helps alleviate muscle tightness, improve mobility, and increase blood flow to the shoulder area.
How to do it
- Stand side-on to a wall, holding a massage ball in one hand.
- Place the ball between the posterior deltoid and the wall.
- Apply gentle pressure and slowly roll the ball over the muscle.
- Maintain controlled, smooth movements.
- Switch sides and repeat for the other shoulder.
