The Cable Rear Delt Row with Rope targets the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It enhances shoulder stability and improves posture by engaging the back and shoulder muscles effectively.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Attach a rope to the high pulley and grip it with both hands.
  3. Pull the rope towards your face while keeping elbows up and out.
  4. Squeeze the shoulder blades together and hold briefly.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
