How to do it
- Attach a rope to a cable machine and set it at chest height.
- Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the rope with both hands, keeping elbows high and wide.
- Pull the rope towards your face, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
