The Cable Standing Rear Delt Row targets the posterior deltoid and upper back muscles, enhancing shoulder strength and stability. This exercise improves posture and provides definition to the shoulder area.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to a cable machine and set it at chest height.
  2. Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Hold the rope with both hands, keeping elbows high and wide.
  4. Pull the rope towards your face, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
