The ring face pull is an upper body exercise that strengthens the shoulders and upper back. It primarily targets the rear deltoids and helps improve posture and shoulder stability.
How to do it
- Attach the Gymnastics Rings at a suitable height.
- Stand facing the rings and grasp them with your palms facing each other.
- Lean back slightly and pull the rings towards your face, keeping elbows high.
- Focus on squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
