The Kettlebell One-Arm Row is an effective exercise for developing back strength and muscle. It targets the upper back and improves posture. This exercise also engages the core and stabilizes the shoulder girdle, providing comprehensive upper body conditioning.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
- Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
- Pull the kettlebell upwards towards your waist by bending your elbow.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the kettlebell back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
