How to do it
- Sit on the leverage machine seat and secure your legs under the pads.
- Grasp the handles with palms facing you using a reverse grip.
- Pull the handles down towards your chest by contracting your back muscles.
- Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, feeling the contraction.
- Slowly release back to the starting position with control.
