The Lever Reverse Grip Lateral Pulldown targets the upper back and biceps using a reverse grip for added emphasis on these muscle groups. It enhances upper body strength, focusing on the latissimus dorsi while engaging the biceps and forearms.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine seat and secure your legs under the pads.
  2. Grasp the handles with palms facing you using a reverse grip.
  3. Pull the handles down towards your chest by contracting your back muscles.
  4. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, feeling the contraction.
  5. Slowly release back to the starting position with control.
