How to do it

  1. Sit at the machine, feet flat, and chest against the pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping elbows slightly bent.
  3. Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return handles to the starting position, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining steady breathing.
