The band standing rear delt row is an exercise that targets the posterior deltoids and upper back muscles. It enhances shoulder strength, stability, and posture by pulling a resistance band towards the face while maintaining proper alignment.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to an anchor point at eye level.
  2. Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Hold the band with both hands and arms extended in front.
  4. Pull the band toward your face, keeping elbows high and wide.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
