The band standing rear delt row is an exercise that targets the posterior deltoids and upper back muscles. It enhances shoulder strength, stability, and posture by pulling a resistance band towards the face while maintaining proper alignment.
How to do it
- Attach a resistance band to an anchor point at eye level.
- Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the band with both hands and arms extended in front.
- Pull the band toward your face, keeping elbows high and wide.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
