The face pull with suspension trainers is an effective exercise to improve shoulder health and posture by strengthening the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It's particularly beneficial for developing scapular stability and enhancing shoulder mobility.
How to do it
- 1. Attach suspension trainers securely at shoulder height.
- 2. Stand facing the anchor point and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
- 3. Lean back slightly, keeping your body straight and feet hip-width apart.
- 4. Pull the handles towards your face, flaring your elbows outward.
- 5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top, then slowly return to start position.
