How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a stick with both hands.
  2. Lift the stick overhead, keeping arms straight and core engaged.
  3. Slowly pass the stick behind you, maintaining a controlled motion.
  4. Bring the stick back over your head to the starting position.
  5. Repeat several times, focusing on smooth, controlled movements.
