The Dumbbell Lying One-Arm Deltoid Rear exercise targets the posterior deltoid. It involves lying on your side on a bench and lifting a dumbbell upward to strengthen the rear shoulder muscles, enhancing shoulder stability and posture.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your side on a bench, holding a dumbbell in your top hand.
  2. Keep your arm bent at the elbow, positioned over your body.
  3. Exhale and lift the dumbbell upward by rotating your shoulder, keeping the elbow fixed.
  4. Inhale and slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch sides.
