How to do it
- Lie on your side on a bench, holding a dumbbell in your top hand.
- Keep your arm bent at the elbow, positioned over your body.
- Exhale and lift the dumbbell upward by rotating your shoulder, keeping the elbow fixed.
- Inhale and slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch sides.
