The Sitting W Pose is an exercise focusing on improving shoulder mobility and posture. It involves raising the arms overhead while sitting cross-legged, engaging the shoulder and upper back muscles. This movement helps increase flexibility and strength in the shoulders and upper back.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor cross-legged with your back straight.
  2. Raise your arms to the sides, bending at the elbows to form a 'W' shape.
  3. Slowly extend your arms overhead into a 'Y' shape, keeping shoulders relaxed.
  4. Hold for a moment, then return to the 'W' shape.
  5. Repeat the movement for desired repetitions.
