The Sitting W Pose is an exercise focusing on improving shoulder mobility and posture. It involves raising the arms overhead while sitting cross-legged, engaging the shoulder and upper back muscles. This movement helps increase flexibility and strength in the shoulders and upper back.
How to do it
- Sit on the floor cross-legged with your back straight.
- Raise your arms to the sides, bending at the elbows to form a 'W' shape.
- Slowly extend your arms overhead into a 'Y' shape, keeping shoulders relaxed.
- Hold for a moment, then return to the 'W' shape.
- Repeat the movement for desired repetitions.
