This exercise focuses on increasing neck muscle flexibility and strength by moving the head in various directions. It primarily benefits those looking to improve neck mobility, reduce tension, and enhance posture.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and arms relaxed.
- Gently look up towards the ceiling, stretching the front of the neck.
- Slowly lower your chin towards your chest, stretching the back of the neck.
- Turn your head to the left, then to the right, holding each position briefly.
- Repeat the sequence for the desired number of repetitions.
