The rotating neck stretch helps alleviate tension in the neck and improve flexibility. It targets the upper neck muscles and aids in reducing stiffness, which can be beneficial for those who sit for long periods or experience stress-related neck tightness.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit with your back straight and arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Gently tilt your neck to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
  3. Slowly rotate your head to look over the opposite shoulder.
  4. Hold the position for a few seconds and rotate back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
