How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the mat with arms at your sides and palms facing the body.

  3. Gently lift your head and upper chest off the ground using your neck muscles.
  4. Hold the position briefly, focusing on engaging the neck muscles.
  5. Slowly lower back down, maintaining control throughout the movement.
