The Forward Flexion Neck Stretch is a stretching exercise designed to relieve neck tension and improve flexibility. It primarily targets the muscles responsible for neck movement, providing a gentle stretch to alleviate tightness.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit in a comfortable position, keeping your back straight.
  2. Slowly lower your chin towards your chest, feeling the stretch along the back of your neck.
  3. Hold the position for 20-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat as needed.
