How to do it

  1. Lie on your side on a bench with your head hanging off the edge.
  2. Attach a weight to the head harness and secure it to your head.
  3. Slowly lift your head to the side, contracting your neck muscles.
  4. Lower your head back down in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
