Lying Chin Tucks are an exercise focused on strengthening the neck muscles. This exercise is beneficial for improving posture and relieving tension in the neck and upper spine area. It involves gently tucking the chin towards the chest while lying flat on the back.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides.
  2. Keep your eyes facing the ceiling and shoulders relaxed.
  3. Gently tuck your chin towards your chest without lifting your head.
  4. Hold the position for a few seconds.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
